Firstly, I want to make it clear that you will struggle to find a better example of a Z1000 on the market. Here are the bits that are unique to this one:

I am a car and motorcycle dealer, however, this is my personal bike. It is a very reluctant sale in that, although I do not want to let it go, it just isn't really very suitable for what I now want from a motorcycle (looking for an adventurer style). I have owned it for a year after coming off a Gixxer 750 and I have put just over 1000 miles on it since owning. The first owner (where all the Kawasaki owners club paperwork is from) had this bike as part of a collection and hardly put any miles on it at all (1600). He then part exchanged it for an enduro bike with the chap that I bought it off. Ben (Who I bought the bike off) was initially going to keep it but after going on a 400 mile round trip with his partner as pillion, he realised that it is not really ideal for 2 up riding (which it isn't for long distance). Although he absolutely loved the bike, it wasn't practical for his needs so he was going to part exchange it with Wheels Motorcycles for a brand new Kawasaki Z1000SX. I however, managed to buy the bike off Ben before he got round to doing the PX with Wheels! Having myself done a 800 mile round trip over the Yorkshire Dales earlier this month, I have realised that although this is a phenomenal bike, I really want an adventurer style bike for the longer journeys. The Zed absolutely ate up the miles on the trip and it was fantastic but my personal preference now would be to buy an adventurer. This is the reason that it has come up for sale and for the low mileage. There are absolutely no issues with this bike whatsoever!

It's also worth mentioning for those of you that know these bikes, they can be very "snatchy" on and off the throttle but the remap has made the power delivery much, much smoother.

As I previously mentioned I am a dealer so I can offer dealer facilities on this bike including finance, part exchange (trade prices) and I am going to put a 6 month warranty on it free of charge.
